JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire a Business development manager who is responsible for generating business for the IT company. As a BDM your responsibility is to build a company growth and expansion plan. You work closely with our technical staff and other Colleagues to meet the business requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new potential clients and transform them into expanded businesses.
- Should have strong persuading skills.
- Client retention and building relationships with clients should be a top priority.
- Set up gatherings between customer chiefs and the organization's leaders.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Distinguish opportunities, services and distribution channels that will prompt an increment in sales.
- Plan and manage communication between potential clients.
- Negotiate rates and payment terms with customers to boost deals income, while broadening connections.
- Coordination with a project manager to estimate the effort and cost for the project.
- Should have excellent written and communication skills.
- Able to communicate with USA clients and understand the client’s requirements.
- Ability to Coordinate with the various departments in the company.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- The candidate should have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business and management.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a BDM.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Should be able to Respond to client requests for proposals.
- Should have good rapport building skills.
- Proficiency in writing a business proposal.
- Multi-tasking skills, with an organized approach and focus on work.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Work independently and ensure accuracy, creativity, to the brand tone.

Salary- 2.4lac - 3.0lac p.a
